No. IV-16(9) Policy/P.N./2017/2029 Dated: 28.05.2019 Public Notice 12/2019 Sub: Cancellation of N/N. 26/2015-2020 dated 21.08.2018 for export Policy of Beach Sand Minerals (BSM) All concerned are hereby informed that an Office Order No. 59/2019 dated 04.04.2019 allegedly issued by Shri Arvind Shukla working in the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (Export Cell), New Delhi as Deputy Director General of Foreign Trade regarding cancellation of Notification no. 26/2015-2020 dated 21.08.2018 for export Policy of Beach Sand Minerals (BSM). The aforesaid Office Order No. 59/2019 dated 04.04.2019 is a forged document which has not been issued by the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (Export Cell), New Delhi. The DGFT has neither revised nor carried out any amendment in the original Notification no. 26 /2015-2020 date 21.08.2018 so far.
