Attention of all concerned is invited to this office Public Notice No. 31/2018 dated 19.11.2018 as well as the Board s Circular No. 43/2018-Customs dated 08.11.2018 regarding implementation of Paperless Processing under SWIFT - uploading of supporting document on eSANCHlT in exports, wherein, a facility to upload digitally signed documents on eSANCHlT in exports was introduced on voluntary basis at all EDI locations across the country. 2. Attention is also invited to Board s Notification No. 33/2019-Customs (NT) dated 25.04.2019 which has superseded Shipping Bill (Electronic Integrated Declaration) Regulation, 2011. It is now mandatory to upload digitally signed supporting documents on eSANCHlT at the time of filing of shipping bills. The exporters/customs brokers shall not be allowed to submit the supporting documents in hard copies, henceforth. 3. All the Trade Associations / Chambers of Commerce / members of Regional Advisory Committee, Customs House Brokers Association are requested to widely publicise the contents of this notice amongst their members / constituents. 4.
