Kind attention of Importers, Exporters, Customs Brokers and the trade is invited to Trade Notice No. 10/2019/CCP/JMR dated 05.1 1.2019. As per para 4 of the said Trade Notice on making uploading of certain documents on e-Sanchit (and their subsequent declaration in the Bills of Entry) mandatory. The date for implementing this change was deferred. In this context, reference is invited to Board's Circular 42/2017-Cus dated 29.11.2019. Consequently, with effect from 05.12.2019 for every Invoice and Bill of lading declared in the Bill of Entry, the reference of 'RN generated from e-Sanchit with the relevant document code as given in the above said Trade Notice must be provided at the time of filing the Bill of Entry. 2.
