Dated : 30.12.2019 Subject : - Help Line for queries relating to notices issued by the National e- Assessment Centre (NeAC)- [email protected], 18001801961(e-filing; general queries) With a view to provide assistance in the cases of faceless e-Assessment , under E-assessment Scheme, 2019 applicable for A.Y.2018-19 onwards, the helpline facilities, exclusively for taxpayers to whom notices have been issued by National e-Assessment Centre(NeAC), are as under :- a. [email protected] b. 18001801961(e-filing; general queries) 2. The e-mail for query should invariably contain following details: - a) PAN b) Soft copy of the notice c) Details of help required. 3. The queries may be sent only to the aforesaid e-mail Id and not to any other e-mail id/telephone/WhatsApp, as it shall be entertained on aforesaid e- mail/phone ONLY. 4.
