GOVERNMENT OF RAJASTHAN FINANCE DEPARTMENT (TAX DIVISION) NOTIFICATION Jaipur, dated: February 25, 2020 In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 123 of the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017 read with section 171 of the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. 9 of 2017), the State Government, being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest, so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in this department s notification number F.12(72)FD/Tax/2017-82 dated 06.09.2017, as amended from time to time, namely:- AMENDMENT In the said notification, the existing clauses a and b and entries thereto shall be substituted by the following, namely :- a. Additional/ Joint Commissioner, CGST C.Ex., Jaipur, CBIC, Rajasthan, as an Officer of the Central Government. b. Special/ Additional Commissioner of State Tax, Commercial Taxes Department, Rajasthan, as an Officer of State Government.
