Proforma Credit - Amendment to Notification No. 27/91-C.E. (N.T.) Notification No. 2/93-C.E. (N.T.) Dated 4-5-1993 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 56A of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 27/91-Central Excises, (N.T.), dated the 25th July, 1991, namely :- In the Table annexed to the said notification, after S. No. 3 and the entries relating thereto, the following S. No. and entries shall be added, namely :- (1) (2) (3) "4. Carbon Black falling under heading No. 28.03 Carbon Black Feed Stock falling under heading No. 27.07'
