All excisable goods produced in 100% EOU - Amendment to Notification No. 97/91-C.E. Notification No. 92/93-C.E. Dated 2-7-1993 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5A of Central Excises and Salt Act, 1944 (1 of 1944), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 97/91-C.E., dated the 7th October, 1991, namely :- In the said notification, after the third proviso and before the explana tion, the following paragraph shall be inserted, namely :- "2. Nothing contained in this notification shall apply to excisable goods produced or manufactured in the Electronics Hardware Technol ogy Parks units under hundred per cent export oriented scheme approved in this behalf by the Inter-Ministerial Standing Com mittee appointed by the notification of Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 117(E), dated the 22nd February, 1993, as amended from time to time."
