Amends Notification Nos. 130/86-Cus. and 136/86-Cus. Notification No. 198/87-Cus. Dated 7-5-1987 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby directs that each of the notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), specified in column (2) of the Table hereto annexed, shall be amended or further amended, as the case may be, in the manner specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Table : TABLE Sl. No. Notification No. and date Amendment (1) (2) (3) 1. Notification No. 130/86-Customs, dated 17th February, 1986. In the Table annexed to the said notification, against Sl. No 11A in column (4) the words and figures "plus Rs. 3 per Kg" shall be omitted. 2. Notification No. 136/86-Customs, dated 17th February, 1986. In the Table annexed to the said notification, in column (4), - (i) against Sl. No. 53B, the words and figures "plus Rs. 3 per kg" shall be omitted; (ii) against Sl. No. 53C, the words and figures "plus Rs. 3 per kg." shall be omitted.
