Noida Export Processing Zone warehousing station Notification No. 191/87-Cus. Dated 30-4-1987 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby declares the Noida Export Processing Zone, specified as a free trade zone under the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 4/86-Central Excises, dated the 20th January, 1986, to be a warehousing station.
