Rescinds 4 Notifications Notification No. 185/87-Cus. Dated 29-4-1987 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby rescinds the following notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), namely :- (1) No. 232-Customs, dated the 18th August, 1983; (2) No. 281-Customs, dated the 19th November, 1984; (3) No. 67-Customs, dated the 17th March, 1985; (4) No. 76-Customs, dated the 1st March, 1987.
