Titanium sponge Notification No. 177/87-Cus. Dated 28-4-1987 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 295-Customs, dated the 1st November, 1983, namely :- 2. In paragraph 2 of the notification, for the figures, letters and words "30th day of April, 1987", the figures, letters and words "30th day of April, 1988" shall be substituted.
