Wrist watches and parts thereof - Amendment to Notification No. 41/85-Cus. Notification No. 169/87-Cus. Dated 15-4-1987 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 41/85-Customs, dated the 28th February, 1985, namely :- In the said notification, in the proviso, after the words "Department of Electronics", the words "or the Directorate General of Technical Development in the Ministry of Industry" shall be inserted.
