Aluminium ingot - Amendment to Notification No. 364/85-Cus. Notification No. 167/87-Cus. Dated 15-4-1987 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 364/85-Customs, dated the 20th December, 1985, namely :- In the said notification, - (i) for the figures and words "35 per cent. ad valorem", the abbreviation, figures and words "Rs. 3,700 per tonne" shall be substituted; and (ii) the following paragraph shall be inserted at the end, namely :- "2. This notification shall be in force upto and inclusive of the 30th day of September, 1987."
