Babanpur as warehousing station Notification No. 166/87-Cus. Dated 14-4-1987 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby declares village Babanpur and village Bhassur in Malerkotla Tehsil in District Sangrur in the State of Punjab to be warehousing stations for the purposes of setting up hundred per cent export-oriented units.
