Warehousing Station Notification No. 163/87-Cus. Dated 6-4-1987 In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 9 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby declares Mandideep in Raisen District in the State of Madhya Pradesh to be a ware housing station for the purposes of setting up hundred per cent export-oriented undertakings.
