Span Ventures Private Limited, Tamil Nadu - S.O. 1118(E) - Special Economic Zone

Span Ventures Private Limited, Tamil Nadu Notification No : S.O. 1118(E), dated 10-7-2007. Whereas M/s. Span Ventures Private Limited, has proposed under section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), hereinafter referred to as the Act, to set up a sector specific Special Economic Zone for Information Technology and Information Technology Enabled Services at KPM Nagar, Rathinam Software Park, Kurichi Village, Eachanari, Coimbatore District in the State of Tamil Nadu; And whereas the Central Government is satisfied that the requirements under sub-section (8) of section 3 and other related requirements of the said Act are fulfilled and it has granted letter of approval under sub-section (10) of section 3 of the Act for development and the operation of the sector specific Special Economic Zone for Information Technology and Information Technology Enabled Services at the said Kurichi Village Area on 25th October, 2006; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Act and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006, the Central Government hereby notifies the following area as a Special Economic Zone at KPM Nagar, Rathinam Software Park, Kurichi Village, Eachanari, Coimbatore District in the State of Tamil Nadu, namely :— Table Sl.
