Notification No. 46/2001-CE(N.T.), Dated 26/06/2001 (Removal of Goods to a Warehouse for Export) NOTIFICATION NO. 30/2003-CE(N.T.) DATED 04/04/2003 G.S.R. (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 20 of the Central Excise Rules, 2002, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), number 46/2001-Central Excise (N.T.), dated the 26th June, 2001, published in the Gazette of India, vide notification number G.S.R. 475 (E) dated the 26th June, 2001, namely:- In the said notification, in the opening paragraph, (a) for the word and figures "Rules, 2001", the words, figures and brackets "Rules, 2001 (hereinafter referred to as the said rules)" shall be substituted; (b) for the words and figures "rule 19 of the said Rules", the words and figures "rule 18 of the said rules to Nepal and rule 19 of the said rules to all countries" shall be substituted.
