Goods imported from Kingdom of Cambodia and The United Republic of Tanzania shall be subject to concessional rate of duty (Duty free tariff preference for Least Developed Countries)

Central Government has issued a notification no. 96/2008 dated 13-8-2008 Cus to grant partial exemption from basic duties of customs if goods are imported from of Cambodia and The United Republic of Tanzania.

Further, vide notification no. 100/2008 dated 13-8-2008 Cus-NT, central government has notified the Customs Tariff [Determination of Origin of Products under the Duty Free Tariff Preference Scheme for Least Developed Countries] Rules, 2008
