Thereafter, the petitioner - Devas Multimedia Private Limited, filed the present Special Leave Petition and on 19.11.2018, this Court stayed the proceedings under section 9 and 34 of the Act filed by the respondent - Antrix Corporation Limited before the City Civil Court, Bangalore. The instant interlocutory application for direction has been filed thereafter. Having given our anxious consideration to the matter before us, we find that the issue pending before us in the present SLP is primarily whether the application under section 34 of the Act should be heard by the court at Delhi or the court at Bangalore.
