Propylene and Tertiory Amyl Methlyene Ether Notification No. 44/99-CE(NT) Dated 17th June, 1999 In pursuance of sub-rule (2) of rule 49 and rule 139 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insurance) No.266/67-Central Excise, dated the 28th November, 1967, namely:- In the said notification, (a) in paragraph 1, in clause (b), for the words ""Benzene, Toulene and Xylene"", the words ""Benzene, Toulene, Xylene, Propylene and Tertiory Amyl Methylene Ether"" shall be substituted; (b) in paragraph 2, in clause (i), for sub-clause (zp), the following sub- clause shall be substituted, namely; ""(zp) amnagar District (Gujarat);"".
